In May 2025, Range Group closed on the purchase of a portfolio of connected properties located in Chicago’s dynamic Fulton Market neighborhood. The Kinzie Aberdeen Carpenter Portfolio was purchased at the lowest cost in Fulton Market since 2014. The Portfolio, comprising over 31,000 sf of land with an existing 50,000 square feet of buildings, allows Range Group to generate cash while planning for development that can exceed over 350,000 square feet.
