During the throes of the Covid pandemic, Range Group identified a mis-priced cash flowing industrial property located in the eastern most part of the Kinzie Industrial Corridor.  Comprising 35,000 SF of flex industrial space and occupied by a variety of users, Range Group completed some long over-due capital improvements while keeping the building 100% occupied and increasing rents by more than 15% since purchasing it in April of 2021.
