1133 W. Kinzie

Range Group is developing 1133 W. Kinzie, a 110-unit boutique multifamily building on a 27,714 square foot site at the north edge of Fulton Market. The site is bounded by Kinzie Street, May Street, Racine Avenue, and the Metra tracks.

The building sits two blocks from Fulton Market and two blocks from the West Town retail corridor, with the Green and Blue Line stops a short walk away. Range Group designed the façade with Seek Design & Architecture, and the unit mix includes studios, convertibles, and one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Expected to begin in February 2027, with completion in Spring 2028.
