In 2021, Range Group seized on an existing relationship to acquire a 110,000 SF single column 28’ clear facility located at the northern-most part of Chicago’s Stockyards neighborhood at a deep discount relative to market pricing. Decimated by the Covid pandemic, the owner/user of the facility entered into a sale-leaseback with Range Group in 2022 which provided landlord with a 6-month lease termination option. In 2023, Range Group exercised the termination option and re-leased the property to So-Five Soccer, a nationally recognized operator of indoor soccer facilities.
