No. We focus on these three property types because it lets our team bring real depth, not a generalist approach spread thin.

How much attention will my property actually get? +

That's one of the biggest differences in our approach. We intentionally maintain a focused management portfolio rather than trying to manage as many properties as possible. Our goal is to know the property, the tenants, and the issues that matter — not just the account number.

Will my property be a priority, or will your own developments come first? +

Every property we manage, owned or third-party, gets the same standard of care. That's the standard we built the business on.

How often will I hear from you? +

You'll get consistent, proactive reporting, not just numbers when you ask for them.

Can I speak directly with the people managing my property? +

Yes. Range's model is intentionally direct. Owners have access to the team responsible for their property rather than having every question filtered through layers of account management.
