PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Property management with an owner’s mindset.

WHERE WE OPERATE

Hands-on by design.

We intentionally keep our third-party management portfolio focused on property types where our team can add the most value — and where hands-on attention matters.

HOW MANAGEMENT WORKS

A clear process.
A team that stays involved.

01

Onboarding

We start with a thorough review of the property, leases, vendors, financials, maintenance history, and immediate priorities. The goal is to understand what ownership needs — and where the property needs attention — from day one.

02

Operations

From tenant requests and maintenance to vendor coordination and property inspections, our team stays close to the details that keep a property operating properly.

03

Reporting

Ownership receives consistent reporting and clear communication around financial performance, property activity, maintenance, and anything that requires attention or a decision.

04

Optimization

We don't stop at keeping the property running. We look for opportunities to control costs, improve the property, strengthen tenant relationships, and protect long-term asset value.

WHAT MAKES A PROPERTY RANGE-MANAGED

Three things owners should never have to chase.

Proactive communication.

You shouldn't have to ask what's happening with your property. We communicate proactively, flag issues early, and keep ownership informed before small problems become bigger ones.

Direct access.

No layers between ownership and the people making decisions. Range keeps communication direct, so questions get answered and decisions get made without unnecessary handoffs.

Hands-on attention.

We stay close to the property. Our approach is built around knowing the asset, understanding its tenants, and paying attention to the details that affect performance every day.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FAQ

Questions owners actually ask us.

What types of properties does Range manage? +
We currently focus our third-party property management services on industrial, office, and small retail properties. We intentionally keep our management portfolio focused so our team can stay close to the properties and owners we serve.
How much attention will my property actually get? +
That's one of the biggest differences in our approach. We intentionally maintain a focused management portfolio rather than trying to manage as many properties as possible. Our goal is to know the property, the tenants, and the issues that matter — not just the account number.
How often will I receive reporting? +
Ownership receives regular reporting covering the property's financial and operational activity, along with proactive communication when something requires attention or a decision. We can discuss the reporting cadence that makes the most sense for your property and ownership needs.
Can I speak directly with the people managing my property? +
Yes. Range's model is intentionally direct. Owners have access to the team responsible for their property rather than having every question filtered through layers of account management.
What happens if I'm currently working with another property manager? +
We can make the transition straightforward. We'll review the existing management structure, leases, financials, vendors, outstanding issues, and property priorities before taking over day-to-day operations. The goal is to make the handoff organized and minimize disruption to ownership and tenants.
Do you take on properties outside your current asset classes? +
Our third-party management focus is currently industrial, office, and small retail. Keeping the scope narrow allows us to provide the level of hands-on attention we believe good property management requires.

Have a property you're considering transitioning? Let's talk. We can learn more about the asset, understand what you're looking for from a management partner, and determine whether Range is the right fit.
