In January 2025, Range Group, in partnership with HSA Commercial, purchased 2.25 acres of land in Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial PMD with the intent to develop 2 new highly efficient buildings each containing approximately 34,000 square feet with 28’ clear heights, multiple individual drive-in doors, recessed truck docks accommodating 40’ trucks, and secured automobile parking. In addition, there will be 63 parking spaces making Modern City Industrial an entirely unique and stand-alone product in any of Chicago’s planned manufacturing districts.
